Sonomark is simple to use.

Attach Sonomark.
Make sure the sides of the transducer are clean and dry.  With one hand, center the marking leaf on the face of the transducer.  Use the other hand to remove the adhesive backing and press the device against the side of the transducer.

Apply Gel.
Apply liberal amounts of ultrasound gel to the transducer face and the Sonomark device.  Make sure to get gel inside of the marking element.  Rotate the marking leaf out of way until you’re ready to mark.

Mark.
When you’re ready, rotate the marking leaf back over the face of the transducer.  Reference lines on the ultrasound image are created by the Sonomark device.  Simply position the target between the reference lines and press down on the transducer to mark the skin.
